Bridget Smith, Leader of South Cambridgeshire District Council, sends the following message:

It’s volunteers’ week and it can’t be overstated how volunteers are the lifeblood of our communities. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic hundreds of thousands of people have volunteered to help their local communities, joining an army of over 20 million people who volunteer each year to help others. Thank you to all our volunteers in South Cambridgeshire for giving up your time, energy and skills. You make an incredible difference to our communities.
